1. Check your M-Pesa SMS — confirm the transaction was successful
2. Verify the Account Number you used matches your Betfalme phone number exactly (no leading +254, no spaces)
3. If the M-Pesa transaction shows the Paybill name as anything other than "Betfalme", you sent money to the wrong Paybill — contact Safaricom to reverse
4. Wait an additional 10 minutes for the reconciliation system to settle
5. Still missing? Contact [email protected] with: your registered phone, the M-Pesa transaction ID, the amount, and the time of deposit

• Minimum deposit: KSH 10
• Maximum per single transaction: KSH 70,000 (M-Pesa limit)
• Maximum daily deposit: subject to your Safaricom M-Pesa daily limit
• No Betfalme fees on deposits

If you accidentally entered another Betfalme user's phone number as the account, the funds will credit their Betfalme account. Contact support with your M-Pesa transaction ID — we can investigate and, where possible, reconcile.

• Save 562424 in your M-Pesa as "Betfalme" so you never enter the wrong Paybill
• Always confirm the Account Number is YOUR Betfalme phone number
• Take a screenshot of the M-Pesa SMS for your records
• If you change phone numbers, update your Betfalme account FIRST before depositing
