New users receive a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited to a separate Bonus Balance and is subject to a wagering requirement — typically you must wager the bonus a number of times (e.g. 3x or 5x) at minimum odds before the bonus converts to cash. Cashback returns a percentage of your losses over a defined period (daily or weekly) to your cash balance with no wagering required. See /promotions/cashback for the current tier.

Free bets cover the stake of a placed bet — only winnings are returned to your balance (not the original stake). Free bets expire after a set period; use them before they expire.

Most bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. "5x wagering at minimum odds 1.50" means you must place bets with combined stake equal to 5x the bonus, with each bet at minimum 1.50 odds, before the bonus converts to real money. The on-promotion page lists the exact terms.
