Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to upload an ID to register?
No. Registration only needs a phone number and password. ID may be requested later for large withdrawals or account review.
What is the minimum age?
18 years.
Can I have multiple Betfalme accounts?
No. One account per person. Multi-accounting violates T&Cs and results in account closure with forfeiture of bonus funds.
My OTP never arrived. What now?
Check your network signal first. If still no OTP after 3 minutes, tap Resend OTP. If repeated attempts fail, contact support — there may be an issue with your number's network status.
Can I use a non-Kenyan phone number?
No. Betfalme is licensed in Kenya and only accepts Kenyan phone numbers.
